Lets use our light hand weights, for a stronger core and better stability for more flexibility and mobility.
Grab a chair, 2 blocks, 2 light hand weights, and a blanket.

As with all yoga practices, make sure to move at your own pace, follow your breath, and only move to your comfort. If something doesn't feel right, don't do it. Yoga is not about working at 100%; however, do move without pain and between 60-70% of effort.
