Potato Leek Soup:
nearly brown 4-5 cut and washed leeks in butter/tallow (4-5tbsp)
in the meantime add 3lbs peeled potatoes any kind to coverage with 4-8c bone broth/water
when potatoes tender, blend and add 1-2c cream/milk, salt, pepper, dash cayenne, dash nutmeg
freeze extra if desired and serve hot or cold (your preference)
thin with water or milk to desired consistency upon warming
