The final phase was inaugurated on 8 October 2025, public operations from 9 October 2025 onwards.
Length : Approximately 10.99 km for this final stretch.
Stations : 11 new stations added in this phase (Worli → Cuffe Parade). Key stations include: Science Museum, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai Central, Grant Road, Girgaon, Kalbadevi, CSMT, Hutatma Chowk, Churchgate, Vidhan Bhavan, and the southern terminus Cuffe Parade.
Full line (after Phase 3) is about 33.5 km long, with 27 stations (26 underground + 1 at-grade at Aarey Colony).
