The new Configurable Retry feature gives you granular control over the automatic retry mechanism. Instead of a simple retry, you can now define a JEXL condition that must evaluate to true before a retry is even initiated. If the condition is false, the retry is immediately skipped, and the pipeline moves on. You can also define the number of retries and the intervals between each retry. This prevents undesirable restarts, checks the execution context, and allows for smart failure recovery. You can apply this logic at both the Pipeline Default and Specific Step levels.
