Wrist Over the Head Tutorial

Wrists Over the Head is straight forward, restrictive tie that you can use for bedroom moments or for the utter enjoyment of rope. Coming from a place of average difficulty, this classic is sure to spark joy!
Hopefully my instruction could help whether you are at the beginning of your journey or are already at an intermediate stage.

Ropes used: 1x 30ft Nylon rope at 8mm
Can be done with 20-25ft.
