This simple aromatic Za’atar crunch is full of flavor. Za’atar is a Middle Eastern blend of spices and dried herbs. It typically has sumac, sesame seeds, oregano, and thyme but can vary from country to country. The garnish is one of my personal favorites to have on hand. 4 TBL of Za’atar Spice
1 TBL Coriander Seed
1 Cup of Toasted Pepita’s
2 TBL Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup of Olive Oil
Salt To Taste
