While observing the activities at the Hip Hop Festival, I met a highly industrious, woman selling funnel cakes. I didn't know what a funnel cake was until we met. Her name Tavashia Harden and she owns and operates Katie's Swirly Cakes. I dubbed her "The Fastest Funnel Cake Maker in Atlanta", after witnessing Tavashia produce cakes within 60 seconds.
