When you speak by inspiration, when you speak by the anointing, when you speak by the power of God, it's not just you speaking—it's Heaven, it's God speaking through us. The voice of Heaven can be heard on the earth.

When God wants to release a word in the earth, he uses people to release that word. He puts his word in the mouth of His prophets, in the mouth of his prophetic people, in the mouth of his spokesmen, his ambassadors.

So when you speak, Heaven speaks. I want you to think of that - that when you speak by the spirit of God, Heaven is speaking. Heaven is decreeing.

We read in Psalms 103:19 that Heaven rules over all. This means that when we as the people of God speak, we walk in authority. The scripture says His kingdom rules over all (Psalms 103). The Lord rules in the heavens, his kingdom rules over all.

Well his kingdom is in us, his kingdom is in us (Luke 17:20-21). The spirit of God is in us, the kingdom is in us. That means his kingdom in us rules over all. When you speak with authority, when you speak with power, it's a part of releasing God's voice and God's dominion, God's power and God's authority on the earth.

In the natural, the heavens rule over the Earth. But spiritually, we are the heavens that rule over the Earth. It's time for the people of God to realize we're not just another person stuck on the planet. We're sitting in heavenly places in Christ, we are the heavens God spoke of.

And it's time for heaven's voice to be heard on the earth. There's been enough of listening to Earth's voice. It's time for heaven's voice to be heard. And we are heaven's voice.

So we speak as God speaks through you. Know that when you show up, heaven shows up. I want you to get this revelation - when you show up, heaven shows up! Why? Because the kingdom of heaven is within you. Heaven is behind you, you're sitting in heavenly places in Christ. So when you show up, heaven shows up.

As I said in the introduction, you bring the glory and the power of God, you bring heaven's authority. When you as a child of God show up on the scene, heaven shows up.

We read where the Bible says the heavens rule over everything (Psalms 103:19). What that says to me is that no matter how many demons are there, when you show up, they have to go.

Have you ever heard somebody say "My life is a living hell"? They feel as if they're living in hell. Do not agree with that kind of thinking. Declare that you are the heavens, and that when you show up, heaven shows up.

Sometimes in our desire to empathize and show compassion, we downplay the power that is living inside of us. Refuse to let demons of hell run your life. Declare glory, prosperity, anointing, healing, power, joy, salvation, praise, worship, dancing, celebrating the anointing, the presence of God and the Word of God over your life.

Every person or circumstance that the enemy uses to tell you to sit down and not say anything must not have known that you can't shut up heaven.

Those devices of the enemy that try to limit your voice by communicating that your voice is not important, that you can't go far, that you are just limited to preaching a small sermon to a small group of people - they do not know the power of Heaven in your voice.

What's happening now with social media, although not all good, is that everybody has a phone and their own TV program called Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube, Periscope and others. There is no reason for any of us to remain silent when God has put words in our mouths.

That's why I love social media, because it gives my voice a place to travel. My voice travels around the world just by putting up this device and coming on this platform. I can speak to people in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the Caribbean, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, America, the islands of the sea.

My voice can be heard in all the world. We didn't have these kinds of devices even 30 years ago when I began to travel the world and minister. But now we have these devices where I can prophesy, pray, decree, release Heaven into people's lives with my voice. I can speak as the oracle of God.

It is an amazing time. There are so many platforms - I've been on Clubhouse, which is all voice. I've been speaking in these rooms, my voice is being heard prophesying, praying, decreeing. I can go on Instagram Live, Facebook Live, Periscope, where my voice goes out around the world.
