We created this rapid response video to call out the political theater behind the effort to dismantle the U.S. Department of Education. Using satire and old WWE clips of Linda McMahon—now a political figure—we’re sounding the alarm: this is not a joke, and it’s not just about bureaucracy.

Dismantling the Department of Education doesn’t just gut a federal agency — it strikes at the heart of Black, Brown, poor and disabled communities. From civil rights protections to public school funding and student aid, these are the tools families rely on to survive, succeed and push forward. Taking them away is a deliberate and outright attack.

We’re fighting back because our classrooms aren’t rings, our students aren’t props and our rights aren’t up for debate.
