New AUDI Q2; great value; loads of space; excellent family car: AUDI Q2 Review & Road Test

The New AUDI Q2 might be the smallest member of a range of SUVs from the German brand which includes the Q3, Q5, Q7 and Q8, but it’s also the best selling. The AUDI Q2 is the third best selling car overall, just behind the A1 and the A3 hatchbacks. The AUDI Q2has a choice of engines, starting with a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine 108bhp (badged 1.0 30 TFSI), then theres a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol with 148bhp (badged 1.5 35 TFSI) or a 2.0-litre diesel with 148bhp (badged 2.0 35 TDI). The smallest petrol is only available with a manual gearbox, however, the 1.5 litre can be had with either a manual or a seven speed automatic. The diesel is only available with the latter.
The AUDI Q2 is pricier than the Ford Puma and Volkswagen T-Roc, but it's still a relatively sensible buy. The AUDI Q2 has the sharp looks as well as a premium badge, which will definitely have people queuing up to buy, and when you decide to sell on in the future, it’s predicted to hold its value better than both the aforementioned. The entry-level Technik trim is reasonably well equipped, with 16in alloy wheels, LED headlights, air-con and cruise control, a 3-spoke leather trimmed multifunction steering wheel, progressive steering, DAB radio, Bluetooth as well as an 8.3in infotainment system & smartphone mirroring.
