Take a brief ride with American sports car racing legend (and factory BMW driver) Bill Auberlen in a 1996 McLaren F1 GTR powered by BMW's glorious 6.0-liter V12 engine.
Starting last, Auberlen tears through the field before a mechanical issue intervened. Despite the tight fit in the cockpit, and the close proximity of the visor cam to the padded roll cage in front of his helmet, the Californian makes the most of his laps at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca during the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion where BMW was the featured brand.
