Zasha has a very cool story of being a civil engineer who quit her job to go full time in real estate, and has since become a millionaire through investing strategies like the BRRR method, creative financing, house flipping, and other cool things. Today is about her journey going through social media, what’s its been like being one of the original students in my coaching program two years ago, and how far along she’s come since then.

Zasha, a civil engineer, quit her job to do real estate full time, and since then has become a MILLIONAIRE!

Zasha discusses some of the challenges she faced and the strategies she used to overcome them, as well as strategies she uses today to be successful! Zasha flips houses as well as owns some rental properties in Hawaii. A lot of investors think that Hawaii is a challenging market, as it is more expensive and permitting takes quite some time, but Zasha has been so successful and shares some of her main methods she utilizes.

Zasha found that being more creative with financing and the importance of knowing the people in her community makes all the difference to be successful in her target market.

Zasha utilizes social media to interact and find lenders, partners, etc. as well as to help beginners start their real estate journey as well. We discuss some of our learning experiences of social media marketing and the benefits we gained from it.
