About Jordan: Jordan is the Sustainability Programme Coordinator with the County of Wellington, where she works alongside farmers to implement circular, or regenerative, farming practices to protect and revitalize soil. She is also a MSc student at the Gillespie Lab at the University of Guelph, researching how microplastics from compost impact the soil, and by extension, the things we eat.
