Sarasota Avionics at VNC did a full custom panel upgrade on our airshow chase plane. We removed all the analog instruments for a full digital panel.
Our primary objective was to upgrade the autopilot for vertical, VNAV, IAS functionality. What we didn't realize was how solid and stable the distal autopilot would fly compared to our old autopilot. All of the Garmin products together is a fantastic upgrade that we didn't know we needed until we had it!
