SPA made some great animated films that I enjoyed over the years and some that aren't great nor good. So I had to make this video for fun.
Under section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for " FAIR USE " for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational, or personal use tips the balance in favor of FAIR USE.
The Copyright Laws of the United States recognize a " FAIR USE " of copyrighted content. Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act stateNotwithstandinging the provisions of sections 106 and 106a, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such as by reproduction in copier of phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.
