There's a gap early on where you need to dismount and walk for a (very long) block. Or you can switch over to the road and use the painted lane, as shown, though it's a bit annoying and awkward, and the pedestrian signals won't change unless you press the button.
The road has painted lanes from Granville Ave to Moncton St, so if you want to go faster without worrying about pedestrians, you can use that and worry about cars instead. Technically the greenway speed limit is 15 km/h, but most cyclists are well above that in my experience.
Continue east or west via Granville Ave or Middle Arm Trail. Continue north via No. 2 Rd bridge - either via Middle Arm Trail or via Granville & Lynas & Westminster Hwy.
