Venture capitalists, speaker and author Vusi Thembekwayo broke out from the restrictions of normality to shape his own world. By the age of 25, he ran a 400 million rand division of a multinational firm. Now, not yet 35 years old, he is the CEO of a boutique investment firm, is one of the youngest directors of a JSE-listed company, and a sought-after public speaker on the international stage.
