Crackers, Hummus And a Truffle Protein Ball to tie it all in.
Yum….., easy recipes for a lazy Sunday avo when ya back from the beach and thinking of snacking on some really nice food that doesn't take from your health. The other day I was in the supermarket looking down the health food aisles and I saw truffle balls, protein balls and just balls in general…vanilla, chai, cacao, peppermint crunch and so on…and they are expensive. So this truffle recipe can really help with the $$ and you are completely in charge of what goes in. That’s important. Really important. And hummus…. well once again expensive, though more importantly, the ingredients are not organ serving.
Filled with veggie oil (what’s that??), Corn, soy, canola …..palm oil mix most likely. Not good. Not good at all. Check ya labels. Like really check your labels. What you put into your body not only affects your health it absolutely can affect your beauty. Yes, your skin!
The best skin on the planet is what you are consuming. What goes in shows on the outside. And when we add into our diet ingredients that load the liver we become inflamed. Then the cycle starts — I’m fat, I’ve put on weight where most of the time it’s not fat you have put on it’s inflammation.
