Armadon

Snot Storm
Staff of the Master effect additions (to pre-existing):
*When used, Snot Storm applies to an enemy hero and then bounces to a random hero in a 600 radius twice.

Balphagore

Hell on Newerth
Staff of the Master effect changes (to pre-existing):
*Radius decreased from 1000 to 800.
*No longer decreases base ability cooldown.

Balphagore becomes a little too oppressive after obtaining Staff of the Master.
Mitigating the benefits of the radius increase and removing the cooldown reduction removes the overloaded benefits from obtaining Staff of the Master.

Air Strike!
Staff of the Master effect changes (to pre-existing):
*Damage type changed from Magic Damage to Superior Magic Damage.

Electrician

Electric Shield
Staff of the Master effect changes (to pre-existing):
*Total damage absorbed reduced from 0.75/0.95/1.15/1.35 to 0.6/0.75/0.9/1.05x Mana consumed.

Cleansing Shock
Staff of the Master effect changes (to pre-existing):
*Mana cost increased from 0 to 25.
*Chain count reduced from 1/2/3 to 0/1/2.

Wretched Hag

Bat Blast
Staff of the Master effect changes (to pre-existing):
*Damage type changed from Magic to Superior Magic.
*Cooldown increased from 60 seconds to 80 seconds.

For context, Wretched Hag's Bat Blast (when not boosted by Staff of the Master) has been changed from Superior Magic to Magic.
These changes will be listed further down in the patch notes.

Armadon

Snot Storm
Maximum charges increased from 4 to 5.

Spine Burst
Damage increased from 20/40/60/80 to 25/45/65/85.

Restless
Passively increases the stacking damage of Spine Burst per charge from 4/8/12 to 10/14/16.

Armadon outputs a decent amount of damage in the early game, but tapers off a little too quickly when mid/late game arrives.
These changes (combined with the Staff of the Master changes to Snot Storm) allow him to keep up in damage for the mid/late game phase.

Balphagore

Volatile Minion's Attack Damage reduced from 25/45/85 - 30/50/90 to a flat 20/40/80.

Electrician
Intelligence gain per level decreased from 1.8 to 1.5.

Electric Shield
Shield Health reduced from 0.75/0.9/1.05/1.2x Mana spent to 0.6/0.75/0.9/1.05x Mana spent.

Electrician's survivability from Electric Shield was too high for a large portion of the game. This change dampens his survivability to a more reasonable power level.

Fayde

Cull
Now spawns an uncontrollable illusion of each enemy hero hit for 3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds that deals 10/12/14/16% of the target's Attack Damage.
*Illusions receive 350% damage.
*Target is Sighted and Revealed for this duration.

Burning Shadows
Target is now also Revealed while the Shadow Copy is active.

Fayde's illusion spawning mechanic has proven to be an excellent counterpick in niche situations (e.g., against Magebane).
Having Fayde spawn more illusions through Cull rewards her just a little bit more for its close range requirement, while also helping Fayde scale just a little bit better through the mid/late game.

Split Fire
Secondary arrows damage reduced from 25/35/45/55% to 15/25/35/45%.

Piercing Arrows
Magic Damage per arrow reduced from 85/135/185 to 75/125/175.
