Unboxing A $95 Stetson Open Road Replica Knockoff - Is It A Worthy Replica Or A Piece Of Junk?

In this video, the ol’ History Nerd talks about his deep love for the Stetson Open Road but balks at its current $320 retail price. A Facebook ad led us to the Two Roads Hat Company website that offers a replica Open Road knockoff called the Elliston Rancher for around $95. We unboxed the Rancher, kicked its tires, conducted a side-by-side comparison with the 6X Stetson Open Road fur felt, and finally tried it on. Along the way, we offered some of the History Nerd’s traditional humorous asides and curmudgeonly commentary.
