We’re revisiting the powerful 1961 speech by the late Benedicto Kiwanuka, who exposed how tribal manipulation and fear-based politics derailed Uganda’s democratic path. Together with Ken Mutenyo, we’ll trace how those same tactics—starting from the Kakamega clique of Buganda to the Lango Development Plan, and now the Hima/Tutsi Dynasty Plan—have shaped, and crippled, Uganda’s leadership up to this day.
