Full titles read: "AS IN SAXON DAYS - At ' Hock - tide' the 'Tutti men' their toll of a kiss or a penny - forfeit from every woman."
M/S of men coming out of house. Two men are carrying long poles topped with flowers. L/S of two woman working in field, men and group of people approaching including many children. The men run up behind the woman and give them a kiss on the cheek and then place some money in their hands. M/S of man of woman have long kiss on lips.
M/S Crowds of people and of small boy lying above sign of shop. He leans down trying to pinch one of the bouquets of flowers beneath him - fails. M/S of two men helping the boy down.
