The mission includes commissioning 34,000 GPUs, creating an AI datasets platform and developing four foundational language models. She also highlighted how initiatives like UPI, Aadhaar and DigiLocker have transformed financial inclusion. Emphasising GIFT City’s fintech innovation hub, Sitharaman urged startups to leverage its funding, mentorship and global opportunities to drive India’s fintech leadership.
