As Autumn Ebbs Away in the English Countryside

Hello friends. Today we are out and about walking in the Cotswold countryside and the village of Upper Slaughter in Gloucestershire, England.

It has been a very long time since I last uploaded a walk in the Cotswolds. This particular walk was recorded two years ago. I have held off uploading it because I felt like this walk was rather messy...but if just one person gets enjoyment from it then that would be great! It was recorded around 3pm on a week day towards the end of November 2023. I had to cut a section out due to a skip lorry making a collection from one of the residencies - hence the jump cut!

Moving forward, I will be trialling a new format for the Cotswolds videos. I wanted to come up with a way of filming that fairly differs from the usual format for walking videos from the trillion other walking channels now here on YT. However, far more importantly I wanted to take take a new creative and artistic approach with my film making in the Cotswolds as well as bringing you the most relaxing content as much as possible. It has been fairly well known for quite some time that my style of filming is slow and deliberate, so with that in mind I wanted to expand on that and create my own and new signature style for filming in the Cotswolds, which I hope will also do the Cotswolds justice by showcasing it's true inner beauty. Although this style is not completely or entirely unique, I have never seen it done before in quite the way that I have been experimenting with. I know this all probably sounds a bit cryptic right now but it will start to make sense when you see the next upload :)
