Fordingbridge Recreation Ground parkrun in 8 Minutes

Fordingbridge Recreation Ground parkrun was filmed on Saturday 30 August 2025.

I upload in two formats, the first is a fairly fast version of about 8 minutes and the second one is at normal speed and depends how fast I run on the day. On average it will be between 25 and 28 minutes for the run dependant on the course and how I am on the day.

For the eagle eyed amongst you, you will notice there is just under two minutes of video cut where I was caught short and had to make a toilet stop (first time in 4 years of filming). I did consider putting a toilet image on and playing the hotel bossa nova tune but decided against it.

Any running shoe will suffice but trails should be considered following inclement weather as the route may be slippy or muddy.
