THOMAS COOK SCANDINAVIA TRIP REPORT - Airbus A330 Economy Class Flight - Copenhagen to Phuket

Tripreports. Airline Trip Report - Thomas Cook Long Haul Inflight Flight Review. A flight Review (Tripreport) of our Long Haul flight on a Thomas Cook Airlines Airbus A330-200 ( aircraft registration: G-OMYT ) from Copenhagen to Phuket, Thailand. The aircraft we flew with belonged to the Thomas Cook Airlines UK fleet, even though we were flying with Thomas Cook Scandinavia.

This flight review begins at Copenhagen Airport (Københavns Lufthavn) where the viewer follows us around the airport from Check-in to Boarding of our Thomas Cook Airlines flight to Phuket in Thailand. Once onboard the viewer joins us (Maxi and Maro) through our flight where we cover things like the inflight lavatories (this Thomas Cook Airlines Airbus A330-200 is quite unique as it has 5 lavatories located in it´s lower deck), the inflight Entertainment System (we cover what footage is available such as inflight movies, inflight TV shows and USB access and what type of headset can connect into the audio socket. This service costs money and we discuss the price and how to use the access codes too), the Inflight Meals (pre-ordered at a charge) & the Inflight Drinks (all drinks including water, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks have to be purchased), the Economy Class Cabin layout (we have a look at the Economy Class seats and this aircraft's has a 2-4-2 seat layout ). The viewer of course has a view of the Pushback and takeoff from Copenhagen and the approach and landing of this Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia aircraft at Phuket International Airport in Phuket, Thailand. According to a Thomas Cook Airlines video (from 01/2015) this Airbus A330-200 aircraft is one of only six, aircraft of this type, that have lower deck toilets (lavatories). Four of these specifically ordered Airbus types are operated by Thomas Cook Airlines. We of course take the viewer downstairs to have a look at this very unique placement of the passenger lavatories.
