We're back to the sabre block here at the club and as such it's time to go back to more sabre content.
For the upcoming uploads we'll be focusing on Taylor's 10 lessons present in Roworth's "Art of Defence".
In this first video we cover the first 4 lessons including the solo drill which although not directly present in the AOD it does appear in some extent at the end of these ten lessons and not only is it a nice warm up we've covered in a past video it's also a nice complement to these lessons.
