One of my goals coming to Wudang this time was to learn more about Daoism along with the Kung Fu Training I was doing. I'm not a Daoist Master or Scholar, but here is some of what I learned about Daoist history and symbolism.
Also, at the end are two really cool Wudang 8 Immortal Kung Fu forms.
