Take this class as an approachable way to level up into some intermediate moves without rushing! The dumbbell adds depth to some movements, but you can go without it. We'll also move through the entire flow on one blue (light) spring. It's a fun challenge for me to create classes based on only one spring setting. Thanks for working out with me!
