Parents who lost children in the Parkland shooting are reacting to the latest developments in the investigation. Scot Peterson, the school resource officer accused of failing to protect students during last year's massacre, has been charged with negligence. Manuel Oliver lost his son Joaquin in the shooting. Linda Beigel Schulman's son, Scott Beigel, was also killed; he was a teacher trying to stop the shooter. Both parents join CBSN to explain why they believe Peterson should serve prison time.
