Spring has sprung - Join us on a lovely spring day, Saffy, Gracie and Bella

I let my Dachshunds climb and jump (within limits), 2015 study of Dachshunds found there is a 2 and a half times less chance of IVDD if Dachshunds are muscled up and active plus they recover much quicker if injury does occur, the study involved over 2000 Dachshunds and is one of the most recent and thorough studies to date.

Our History
We were only getting one puppy, Gracie but then fell in love with Sapphire, Saffy for short and couldn't let her go. Mum is a black and tan and Dad is a chocolate dapple. Gracie is a silver dapple and Saffy is a silver dapple with white. We are fully aware of double dapple issues but she was not bred from two dapples and is very healthy so far. We would not breed from her either.
