Hello! Today you will learn how to embroider flowers with buttonhole bar stitch also known as detached buttonhole stitch (detached buttonhole filling). It is used to fill in areas with a nice texture. It is called detached because each buttonhole stitch is worked throught the previous one and not throught the fabric. Dimensional embroidery (3D) such as Brazilian embroidery is a type of embroidery in relief that uses a wide variety of stitches.

This idea can be embroidered on your favorite garment and give that special touch of elegance. These flowers can be embroidered on any fabric and on any garment. I invite you to make them and you will realize that they are easier than they seem. Fabric used: Linen.
