Big Bird In for Swing Arm Repairs Lifted 86 Honda Big Red 250ES

Marc came over for some swing arm repairs. He rides his big red really hard and has made tons of content, along with competition runs around the US. These vintage steel swing arms aren't designed to be doing what they are doing. His has a solid steel plate as a center brace that lets things flex a lot and that causes cracks. I welded up the cracks, and get rid of all the flux in the welds with my TIG. fixed the lower crack and replaced the pivot bearing races and caps. It was a fun night.

Recorded with OBS through a Shure PGA58, Studiomaster trilogy326 mixer, DBX166A gate, Samson S-com plus compressor, 18I20 Scarlet 18I20, Mac mini. Premier Pro editing software.
