A Dance Beyond Performance 💛
This video captures a very special moment—my daughter performing a dance at Little Plants School, a space dedicated to nurturing and supporting children with special needs.
She volunteers as part of the **Sahrudaya Project**, an initiative by **Athulya Arts Academy**, rooted in compassion and conscious movement. Through **mudras and guided movement expressed as dance**, the project aims to support the **developmental progress of special children**—enhancing body awareness, emotional expression, coordination, and inner confidence in a gentle, joyful way.
This is not just a performance.
It is a shared experience of inclusion, empathy, and connection—where movement becomes a language beyond words.
The intention is simple yet powerful:

✨ and to support their growth through mindful movement and love
