🌿 Eliminate Worry and Create Inner Peace & Calm 🌿
In this video, I share a gentle way to dissolve worry by returning to stillness and inner calm. When we’re caught in worry, our minds race ahead, searching for answers that can’t be found by trying to figure things out.
When we are calm, deep inside, can can learn how to connect to our innate knowingness. This knowingness can help guide us to our next steps in life.
I talk about a simple, grounding HeartMath-based practice — gently breathing into the heart and bringing your attention to your heart. This creates heart–brain coherence, which naturally calms the nervous system and quiets mental noise. It brings emotional regulation, which is very calming and peaceful.
As the body settles, worry begins to dissolve. From this place of peace and presence, clarity and solutions can arise naturally, especially during times of stress or crisis.
This practice isn’t about forcing calm or controlling thoughts. It’s about waiting in stillness and allowing the nervous system to regulate itself. When we meet the moment this way, inner peace becomes accessible — right now.
Take a few moments to slow down, breathe gently into your heart, and make sure to bring your attention to your heart too.
Peace often emerges when we do this focused beathing for a handful of minutes. Keep doing it though out the day. See if you become calmer, if you feel better.
