The Centennial Eureka Mine is located on private property just outside of Eureka, Utah. This location is typically closed to collecting, but I was fortunate to be able to go with a rock club that had permission from the land owner to collect. The rainy weather worked to our advantage as it made the rocks "glow" when they were wet, making them easy to spot and collect. I was able to collect minerals such as azurite, malachite, smithsonite, chryscolla, conichalcite, aragonite, and more!
