⚡ DIY 12V 6000mAh Lithium Battery Build | 4S LiFePO4 Guide.
In this video, I’ll show you how to build a powerful and reliable 12V Lithium Battery pack using four 3.2V 6000mAh cells. This setup is perfect for solar projects, DIY power banks, or powering small electronics.
By using a 4S BMS (Battery Management System), we ensure the pack is protected against overcharging, over-discharging, and short circuits, giving you a long-lasting and safe power source.

Cells: 4x 3.2V LiFePO4 (6000mAh each)
Configuration: 4S1P (Series)
Total Voltage: 12.8V (Nominal)
BMS: 4S LiFePO4 Protection Board
Capacity: 6000mAh / 76.8Wh

A Quick Technical Note:
Since you mentioned using 3.2V cells, those are typically LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate). Make sure your BMS is specifically labeled for LiFePO4 4S (3.2V) and not standard Li-ion (3.7V), as the charging cut-off voltages are different.
