In this video, I share the routine of cancer treatment — from head, chest, and abdomen CT scans to appointments with radiologists, radiographers, and oncologists. I open up about receiving the worst news: an incurable melanoma diagnosis and a metastatic brain tumour. I also discuss “trigger phrases” and what not to say to someone with cancer, offering insights for friends and family supporting loved ones.
Through it all, I find comfort in prayer, trusting a powerful God, and reflecting on Psalm 8. My hope is that this video encourages both patients and caregivers to navigate difficult moments with honesty, faith, and compassion.
