Master Bach created this Invention as part of a collection of intermediate piano pieces for his children with the intention of developing their skills and piano technique.
I decided to finally start posting some content on here at ~1 year and 6 months.
I was a bit hesitant to start since I felt like I should keep working on the same piece over and over until I get it "perfect". However, this would basically mean that I won't ever post anything and keep working on the same piece for the rest of my life.
Luckily, I only had around 20 minutes to record this giving the timing of the studio room I had booked. Although I've cut it towards the end and merged with a second take, I think I managed to get something past the "satisfactory" bar.
This piece took ~26 hours to "clear" with pauses in between. You can see the progress below:
