Today I decided to try to make the sensational challenge of 5 tons with its own weight. Let me remind you that under the terms of this challenge it was necessary to weigh 100 kg, and if your weight is less, then use the additional weight in order to have a figure of 100 kg on the scales and perform 50 pull-ups and 50 push-ups on the uneven bars in good technique and as quickly as possible. I did it with extra weight (by the way, I have a desire to do it for a better time), but now I will do it with my own weight 76kg, for which 5.000kg must be divided by 76kg (my weight) and the required number of repetitions is 5 tons, namely 65.789 - round up and get 66 reps on the bar and 66 push-ups on the uneven bars.
I want to remind you about the technique: pull-ups - the chin is brought in by the crossbar. Dips - the angle between shoulder and elbow is below 90 degrees, and about 45.
I do not pretend to anything with my attempt, I just tested my capabilities. By the way, out of 3 minutes it is quite possible to do it in good technique, if you spend a few such workouts.
