Energetic 10 Minutes Meditation & Yoga You Can Do Anywhere | Feel Relaxation.

Meditation is an extremely simple process but a powerful tool. So let's use these next 10 minutes to experience meditation.

First of all sit in a cross - legged posture, with spine comfortably erect. Keep your hands upon your thighs with your palm facing upwards. Now close your eyes slowly, keep mild focus and connect with god. Inhale and exhale gently, slowly with each inhalation say to god " THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME EVERYTHING". With each exhalation say to god " SORRY FOR MY ALL MISTAKES AND FORGIVE ME". Repeat this process for 3 minutes.

After doing this sit in same position again close your eyes and shift all of your attention onto your breathing, taking slower and deeper breaths. Taking deep breath through your nose and slowly letting it out through mouth continue this process foe next 2 minutes.

Open your eyes slowly. Tune into your body. Noticing how it feel. Noticing if there is anything that it is trying to tell you, notice any place of tension in your areas permission to relax and relax for these next few minutes.

Try to picture one thing that's happened today its made your smile or made you thankful. This was your big gift for you and you done something good for you.
