A Waltz for One is an original piano composition inspired by an idea from ‪@paulmullikin5579‬ I’m grateful for his trust in allowing me to develop, refine, and complete the piece, and to bring it to life through performance and recording.

The music was shaped during the early days of the COVID period, carrying feelings of isolation and loneliness, along with a subtle sense of fear and uncertainty that came from illness and the unknown.

This piece is a quiet reflection on solitude: a waltz for one, moving gently through vulnerability and introspection.
