When I 1st started my own clinic - one of my missions was to be able to create jobs for other OTs that wanted to specialize in hand therapy. But one of the most time consuming things about hiring new therapists was the amount of training that I had to do.

This is what deters MOST owners from hiring those without experience or knowledge.

I realized very soon upon hiring for my clinic that even after 20 years, there are so many OTs out there that want to work in hand therapy but simply don't have the experience or the mentorship to help them break into hand therapy.
