During the first follow-up event to Vision Europe 2030, held in New York as part of The Last Mile series, we conducted a series of interviews with speakers and participants taking part in this high-level dialogue.
The inaugural event of the series took place at the Italian Cultural Institute in New York, opening three connected meetings held over two days and focused on closing the cancer and NCD innovation gap. Building on the discussions launched in Brussels, the event explored why investment in prevention, early detection, and treatment is essential to deliver equitable and sustainable health outcomes.
In these interviews, participants were invited to:
🔹 share what they hoped to highlight at Vision Europe 2030,
🔹 reflect on how international collaboration can accelerate healthcare innovation beyond Europe,
🔹 outline their vision for the future of healthcare in Europe and globally by 2030.
Together, these conversations capture a shared commitment to moving from ambition to implementation, ensuring that innovation reaches patients, communities, and health systems worldwide.
