Module Description
Client is around 65 years old. Client had uncontrolled hypertension for 20 years. Three years ago, client got a stroke and had to be in the hospital for a few days. Client’s left side dan lower extremity totally was paralysed, had motoric aphasia, and difficult for swallowing. Client has done several physical rehabilitations for his/her condition. But, at this time, client still hardly moves his/her left side and has been bedridden for the past week. Client’s blood pressure is 160/100 mmHg on the last visit. Client’s main problem is mobilitation dan communication imppairement and loss of muscle mass caused deficit of oral and nail hygiene.
Competitor Tasks
Assess client’s blood pressure
Move client to wheelchair
Do non occupied bed making
Move client back on the bed
Record the activities on documentation form
