Night Fight is the first jungle level in a very long time, and this time, it takes place at night. So Crash has to use fireflies to light the way.
That said, this is actually a lot easier than it was on PS1. The PS4 gives the lighting effects a BEAUTIFUL improvement, to the point that you could even slightly see in the dark a lot better than you could on PS1.
Since this level has a challenge Gem, first, I use the Skull Route to reach that Gem, then I die and go back to the main route. There are creates in the Skull Route, but they're near the end of it, and I can reach that end from the end of the main route.
Do this and you'll get both Gems in one sitting alongside the Crystal you'll find along the way of the main entrance.
