In this week's instalment of my 75 hard challenge, I found that things flowed way more smoothly and i felt better because I took some days off to rest and implement self care. This is particularly important for women, and even more important if you experience hormonal im-balancing conditions such as pcos. I still want to implement even more ease into my lifestyle, I'm getting there slowly but surely. I also implemented some discipline by bringing my binge watching reality tv series to close.
