This is a cave/cavern on the northern coastline of Crete. It was discovered by a spear fisherman in 1999. When he invited an archaeologist to dive in the cave, they found lots of fossilised bones from extinct animals most of which were shipped off to the local museum. They have left a few Elephant bones & teeth in the cave for us divers to admire. Unlike most underwater caves it's a pretty easy dive; the PADI group I was grafted onto consisted of Open Water and Advanced Open Water divers from Omega divers in Almyrida. A friend told me about this cave after he had dived it with Paradise dive centre in Rethymno.
