The procedure of recovery and service was performed on a W163 ML500 Mercedes, but the same procedures apply to all AC system with R134a gas though the location of the ports on the car will vary from car to car.
The system components you see in the video and its prices is for the year 2025 and comprise of:
-Oil and moisture separator from Mastercool 69500 about $395 with hoses but no connectors.
-Mastercool high and low pressure connectors P/N 82834 and 82934 from $28 to $45.
-Recovery unit by Vivohome RR500 good for multiple refrigerant gasses such as the most popular ones R134a and 1234YF about $500.
-Vacum pump also by Vivohome model VB280 about $200
-Vivohome 220 Lb high precision scale is about $90
-Flame king 30 Lb R134a refrigerant recovery tank about $90
-additional hose and fittings about another $25.
