Benefits of Cold Exposure - Viking Bath

Looks like I found a new hobby. ;)
Some of the benefits of cold exposure include:
-better sleep quality
-increased fat metabolism
-reduced inflammation
-improved mood and mental focus
-improved insulin sensitivity
-greater energy and alertness
-stronger immune system
-enhanced resilience and stress tolerance
I recommend "training up to" cold water bathing (Viking Bath / Polar Bear Dip) by taking regular cold showers and practicing deep breathing exercises (ie: Wim Hof or other breathwork techniques). Be progressive about it. Breath deep and warm up well before exposing yourself to extreme cold temperatures.
